• Identification of the material that was removed: A description of the material that was removed and the location where it previously appeared.
• Statement of good faith belief: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
• Consent to jurisdiction: A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the district in which you reside (or the location of PNGZOM).
• Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the person submitting the counter-notice.

3. How to Submit a DMCA Notice or Counter-Notice

4. Removal of Infringing Content

5. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, PNGZOM will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
